Everywhere I look I see planters overflowing with brilliant flowers. Some have flowers growing upwards standing tall. Others are spilling over with flowers draping down the sides. Regardless of their size they all have one thing in common, their beauty & color.

In this workshop you will be painting blooming flower pots in a variety of colors. Attention will be places of the light & shadows as well as simplifying the shapes in the photos. You will be given a simple contour drawing so no drawing skills are required for this workshop. You will be encouraged to paint loose & free. And you’ll use your negative painting skills to add depth to your painting.
